Registered users are obliged to keep their password safe and not disclose it to third parties. If they violate this obligation, they do so at their own risk and bear full responsibility towards the injured parties, for any damage caused by using such an order.

5. ORDERING

As a registered User, after entering his username and password, the User has the option of going to the payment selection page without re-entering his personal data.

Ordering through the site is possible for all products on the site by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button.

All purchases made through the shopping cart are final and irrevocable.

The company Zlatara Imperia reserves the right to deny site services to any site visitor without notice or explanation.
 
6. RECEIVING THE ORDER BY IMPERIA JEWELERS

After completing the order, a confirmation that the order has been received by Zlatara Imperia will be sent to the email that the User left as a contact. If the Customer does not receive this message, it is necessary to check the correctness of the e-mail address he left as a contact or send a problem report to the e-mail: podrska@zlataraimperia.rs

Zlatara Imperia reserves the right to, in the event that there is a certain contradiction or ambiguity in the User's registered data or the purchase order, before further processing thereof, to perform checks in order to validate the data provided by the User during its creation, to contact the Customer by phone in order to correct them or to realize the delivery as efficiently as possible of the mentioned products.

The seller also reserves the right, if he is not able to deliver all ordered products, to deliver all available of the selected products. The customer will be informed by e-mail and phone about the scope of the final delivery and the amount of the invoice.

Zlatara Imperia reserves the right to cancel the order due to technical and other reasons, about which the Customer will be informed via the e-mail he provided during registration and by phone.

Upon receipt of the order and validation of the Customer or order data, Zlatara Imperia starts processing the order, which ends with confirmation by Zlatara Imperia that it is able to fulfill the order.

About any change in the status of the order, Jewelers Imperia will notify the Customer by sending a notification e-mail to the contact e-mail address that the Customer left on the site.

 
7. RESERVATIONS OF PRODUCTS IN THE BASKET

The product placed by the Customer in the shopping cart during the purchase process is not reserved, even after the order has been placed. The product is reserved only after confirmation of the order by Zlatara Imperia, which Zlatara Imperia will deliver to the Customer via e-mail.

Zlatara Imperia reserves the right, even after sending confirmation to the Customer that it is able to deliver the ordered products, to cancel part or the entire order in case it is unable to obtain the ordered product, about which it will inform the Customer via e-mail.
 
8. PRICES

Product prices are expressed in dinars and include VAT. Products are subject to price change until order confirmation. Zlatara Imperia guarantees the price on the day of purchase, regardless of any price change before delivery.

Zlatara Imperia reserves the right to change the prices of certain items from the offer on a daily basis, in order to ensure convenience for the Buyer during the promotional periods, about which the Buyer will be clearly and promptly informed.

The price of the article from the offer does not include the cost of delivery/delivery of the goods, which is borne by the Buyer. The shipping cost is highlighted as a separate cost when shopping in your cart.
 
9. PAYMENT

The web store of the site www.zlataraimperia.rs enables payment of items from its offer by cash on delivery (physically, when the goods are picked up) and through the bank's electronic services, depending on the bank's capabilities. The buyer chooses the payment method in the last step of concluding the order on the website: www.zlataraimperia.rs.

10. DELIVERY

Zlatara Imperia initiates the courier service after the Customer has confirmed the order by cash on delivery or paid by payment card after receiving the payment confirmation from the bank. All orders will be delivered no later than 4 working days from the moment of confirmation of realization (payment)

For orders placed on weekends or during holidays, delivery is made on the first following working day.
 
11. COMPLAINTS

The customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Rulebook on the procedure and method of resolving customer complaints about goods.
