Can I return or exchange the product if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges if the size does not fit you or you wish to exchange for another item. The exchange must be made within the legal term of 14 days from the day of receipt of the shipment. In that case, the costs of the courier service are borne by the buyer.

What is the delivery time of the ordered item?

  • credit card of Banca Intesa and Banca Poštanska štedionica up to 6 (six) monthly installments.
  • through an administrative ban of up to 5 monthly installments.
Is delivery possible outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia?
